Teflon™ FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) films make an excellent substitute for glass in low-power photovoltaic systems. Used as the module’s top layer, Teflon™ FEP film brings a high level of light transmittance in the solar cell's operating frequency range.

Unbreakable solar panels measure 250 x 500 mm, weigh as little as 500 grams, and can be combined with electronic components to provide roof-mounted ventilation systems for motor coaches, mobile shops, trucks, ambulances, and fire engines.

Teflon™ FEP Film Offers Enhanced Properties Over Glass
